CHIEF EXECUTIVE / CHAIRMANMoses Seyi Richard is a passionate animal nutritionist with 17 years’ experience in feed milling, evaluating the nutritional value of feeds and forages for commercial livestock production. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree from the University of Ilorin, in 2006.
He had his NYSC program in 2007/2008 in Ogun state.
His broad wealth of experience was garnered while working as an animal production/nutrition manager and/or animal management roles in different agricultural firms over the years, such as Animal care services kosult, Hadieja road, Kano state, 2008-2017. Fleets farms ltd, kuje, Abuja FCT, 2017-2022.
He has an extensive knowledge of various livestock management systems and feeding technologies. Also, he is well familiar with animal care/management practices and follows all standard operating procedures relating to animal management.
Mr. Richard is a certified Registered Animal Scientist (RAS):(01759) by the Nigeria Institute of Animal Science. He has also obtained several management and leadership certificates from famous and excellent management training institutes, including the Nigeria Institute of Management, the Botswana Vaccine Institute, and the Botswana Marshal Cattle Service, Botswana, 2016.
The president is an excellent leader with a unique and progressive leadership style. He is well armed with the knowledge of raw material location and allocation in the five (5) geopolitical regions of Nigeria, he is well endowed with livestock feed market information, competitor activities, networking, and government agric policy. His past work experiences and several excellent certificates he obtained had an impactful effect on his leadership style, working culture, and belief system.
